Top Seven Exercises Of Summer

Exercise 1: Thrust legs, exercise strengthen the gluts and thighs. One person lies on his back, and the other is leaning abdomen on foot person lying down. Bending the legs on the knees of people lying inhalation while providing them feet breath.
